Terms of Use
Please read these terms before using OJT Log.

1. Purpose and permitted use
OJT Log is a personal attendance and journal tool. You may install and use OJT Log for lawful personal or authorized OJT record keeping. Only enter information you are entitled to store or share. Do not use the app to impersonate someone, falsify attendance, or access another person's account without authorization.
2. Your responsibility for records
Check your time entries, notes, exported reports, reminder settings, and cloud status. Your employer or school decides whether it accepts the records; the app does not certify attendance or replace your institution's procedures. Keep independent backups, particularly before restore, reset, or deletion.
3. Cloud and external services
Google Drive sync is optional and requires a Google account, authorization, and internet access. Google and other external services have their own terms. Offline changes stay local until a successful sync. A fully stopped app may need reopening to sync. Concurrent edits, older app versions, and network problems can cause conflicts; verify important records on each device.
4. Reminders are a convenience
Delivery can be delayed or blocked by device power state, permissions, battery restrictions, Do Not Disturb, force-stop, or operating-system policy. Do not rely on OJT Log as your sole alarm for critical obligations or safety. Windows notification sounds are not Android continuous alarm mode.
5. Service availability and limitations
OJT Log may contain errors and features may change in later versions. It is not a promise of uninterrupted service, exact alarm delivery, data recovery, school/employer approval, or future compatibility. Report issues to KM STUDIO and avoid keeping the only copy of important records in this app. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy and permissions
Read the separate Privacy Policy for storage, optional sync, and deletion. Accepting these terms does not authorize a Google connection, payment, or operating-system permission. You make those choices separately.
7. Stopping use
You can stop using the app, turn off reminders/startup, revoke Google access, and remove the program. Review the Privacy Policy before deleting local or cloud data: uninstalling the program alone may leave your journal profile.
