You control your journal, local backups, and optional Google Drive copy.

Local journal
Use the app's History deletion controls to delete selected entries or journal history. Review the confirmation carefully. Exported reports and JSON backups are separate files and must be deleted separately. Removing the Windows program alone can leave the journal stored in your Windows user profile.
Synced journal
While connected, journal deletions are synced to the same Google account. Allow sync to finish and check your other devices. Offline devices and exported copies may still retain data. Do not restore an old backup if you want the deleted records to remain deleted.
Disconnect or remove Google data
Disconnect Google in the app to stop its connection. You can also revoke OJT Log access through your Google account's third-party connections. Disconnecting or revoking access alone does not erase an existing cloud copy. Use Google Drive settings to manage the app's stored application data.
