Include your platform, app version, the steps you tried, and the exact error message. Remove personal information from screenshots. Never send Google passwords, authorization codes, or access tokens.

Cloud sync

Connect the same Google account on each device. Check the cloud status in Settings and confirm each device has internet access. A fully stopped app may need to be reopened to sync. Keep a local backup before restoring or deleting records.

Reminders

Check that reminders are enabled, the times and days are correct, and notifications are allowed in your device settings. Android alarm permissions, battery restrictions, lock-screen preferences, and Windows notification settings affect delivery.

Your data

For local journal and Google Drive application-data removal, see Your data & deletion. Disconnecting Google is not the same as deleting your cloud copy.
